1. Where do you ship to?

At the moment, we ship only to Canada and the continental United States. You may send an email to orders@EstateTherapy.com to inquire about shipping to other locations.

When ordering, please keep in mind that most EstateTherapy products are general information products. Laws differ in each province, state or jurisdiction. Send an email to orders@EstateTherapy.com if you have any questions.

2. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa and MasterCard. You may also choose to mail in your cheque or money order. Cheques and money orders should be made out to “EstateTherapy Inc.” Our address is:

3. Is my credit card information secure?

EstateTherapy Inc. is committed to protecting your personal information, both during transmission and once we receive it.

Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using SSL technology, which is widely used for this purpose in most Internet stores.

Your credit card information is used only to complete your order. We do not share or sell any information we collect.

4. How do I calculate the shipping cost of my order?

To find out the total cost of your order, simply add the product(s) you would like to purchase to your shopping cart. You can then view your shopping cart to get the total cost of your order, including the cost of the shipping.

5. How much do you charge for shipping?

Our shipping prices reflect those set by Canada Post. Unless otherwise stated, our products DO NOT include shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated upon checkout on your shopping cart page.

Special delivery options can be handled for rush/courier delivery or large products.

6. When will I receive my order? I ordered …

a) Downloadable Product (audio file, PDF or recorded Webinar)
After you have submitted payment, an email will be sent to the address you provided when placing your order. This email will contain a link that will allow you to instantly download and access your downloadable product, such as an audio file, PDF or recorded Webinar.

Please note, if you placed an order to participate in a future event, such as a Webinar or phone conference, you will receive a confirmation email with details at the email address you provided when placing your order.

If you do not receive your confirmation email after 24 hours of placing your order, send an email to orders@EstateTherapy.com.

b) Hard Copy (book, paper or CD)
Every effort is made to process and ship your order within 3-5 business days of receipt. Hard copy items are shipped from Toronto, Canada by regular mail, via Canada Post. As such, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of your order.

We do not provide order tracking information unless special delivery is prearranged via our office. Rush delivery or special courier deliveries are available at an additional cost and by special request only. To arrange special delivery, send an email to orders@EstateTherapy.com.

7. What if I’m not satisfied with the product I ordered?

EstateTherapy Inc. offers an unconditional 90-day money-back guarantee on all our products. If you are not satisfied with your order within 90 days of purchase, you will be asked to fill out a short form. We will then process your refund, with no hassle.
